Brian Slobodow is an Operating Partner of Operational Resource Group, LLC ("ORG")*. Brian advises the firm and portfolio companies in a broad range of supply chain and procurement issues. Prior to joining ORG, Brian was an Operating Executive with Golden Gate Capital. He formerly served as Chief Operating Officer of Atrium Windows, Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Silica, and Chief Operating Officer of Neways International, all of which are current or former Golden Gate Capital portfolio companies. Prior to joining Golden Gate Capital, Brian held multiple leadership positions within Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products and was a Principal with A.T. Kearney.
