Maria Davlantes
Executive Director
Maria brings 30 years of experience spanning CEO and global C-suite roles. She has launched and scaled businesses in Europe and the U.S, and has guided Fortune 50 to middle market companies through strategic transformation, enterprise risk oversight, and global growth — including BP’s (NYSE & LON: BP) $40B global retail group, Interface (NASDAQ: TILE), a billion-dollar global company, and multi-site consumer and healthcare REIT backed and private equity sponsored companies. Maria currently serves as the Lead Independent Director and member of the compensation committee at Life Floor, a company dedicated to safety in the built environment.
Prior to her executive career, Maria served as a McKinsey strategy consultant and thought leader for U.K, European and global clients out of the firm’s London office.
Maria is dedicated to translating her multi-sector experience for the benefit of the companies she serves and to investing the time to deeply understand company culture.
Maria holds an MBA from Kellogg, a B.S. from Northwestern, and studied PPE at Oxford University, where she rowed at the university level (OUBC). She is a dual citizen of the US and the UK.
