Louise Husin

Louise joined HGGC in 2022 and is responsible for all aspects of the human capital initiatives at the Firm. She is involved in talent acquisition, talent management and development, organizational planning and employee engagement, as well as overseeing HGGC’s DEI initiatives. Louise leads the DEI and Talent Committees and co-leads the Compensation Committee within HGGC. She also oversees the events and administrative functions of the firm.

Prior to joining HGGC, Louise was Managing Director, Chief People Officer at the Fremont Group. Previously, Louise held human capital roles at BlackRock, Barclays Global Investors, Williams-Sonoma Inc., and the Bechtel Corporation.

Louise received her Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University in Australia.
