Jigar Patel is part of Value Enhancement Team and drives technology strategy and digital transformation across HGGC’s portfolio companies. He brings over 25 years of experience in technology and private equity operations, partnering with leading firms to deliver technology-enabled value creation. Prior to HGGC, Jigar held senior roles at Warburg Pincus, Vista Equity Partners, Banneker Partners, and Vector Capital, where he focused on scaling technology platforms, modernizing IT infrastructure, and accelerating growth through innovation. His expertise spans cloud modernization, cybersecurity, ERP implementations, and data analytics, enabling portfolio companies to achieve operational excellence and scalability.
