Jade Hostetler | Team | HGGC

As in-house Senior Compliance Counsel of HGGC, a Registered Investment Adviser regulated by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as well as by other authorities inside and outside the United States, Jade is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the compliance program. She also serves as Chair of HGGC's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee supporting the deal teams as they perform due diligence on prospective investments and work with portfolio company management. She is certified by the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in Sustainable Capitalism and ESG.

Prior to joining HGGC, Jade worked at multiple courts throughout the state of Utah for judicial externships. Previously, she also worked as a Legal Intern at Nutraceutical International Corporation (NASDAQ: NUTR) and at a Guardian ad Litem Office.
